    Following our merger with Miyano Machinery UK in 2011 we now have one of the largest in-house and field-based service and applications support teams in the industry. Our field-based engineers, strategically placed throughout the UK and Ireland are on call to provide you with an unsurpassed level of support in the event that you encounter a problem ensuring that downtime is kept to an absolute minimum. With remote diagnostics capability, they deliver same day support to maximise uptime and maintain a low cost of ownership.

    We have a comprehensive range of spare parts both in the UK and Europe ready for immediate despatch. We have two spare parts facilities in the UK and our experienced staff will help identify the correct part and arrange courier delivery, next day service in most cases to your works.
